Veranda towers will be include a unique Infinity Pool bridge suspended 40 meters in air and with a 22 meter wide span between the buildings competing with world class infinity pools in London, Singapore and Dubai.

Vivienda project located in Mostakbal city only 3 kilometers away from El Shorouk city, Vivienda Project is a residential complex on 37 feddan with a total of 1070 residential units of different models, in addition to commercial & recreational areas. Rigid Engineering Consultants is the structural consultant with the co-operation with Connect Architects & Planners as the main consultant.

Rigid Engineering Consultants was the structural designer for the Residential Building owned to ElWaly Group, the building is located in Cairo/Alex Dessert Road. The building foot print area is 1750 m2 and consists of 2 Basements+ Ground + Five Typical Floors + Roof. The project is delivered with co-operation with TAP Architects.
