Arma Factory for oil
Industrial Zone – 10th of Rammadan
After the fire that lead to major damages in Arma For Food Industry oil Factory in the Industrial Zone – 10th of Rammadan, Rigid was responsible for the repair and renovation work in the factory. The project was of a fast track nature due to the great economic losses estimated 800,000 L.E/ daily that Arma endures due to its inability to proceed the work in the factory.
Upgrading ElKhairy Sewage Treatment Plant
Delta
Upgrading ElKhairy Sewage treatment plant is part of the National Initiative Hyah Krimah which aims to renovate and upgrade the infrastructure of Egypt’s Delta and Upper Regions. ElKhairy Sanitary is Sewage Treatment Plant of 150,000 m3 capacity located in Damnhour City. Rigid Engineering Consultants is the consultant for Wadi El Nile For Contracting & Real Estate Investments the main contractor of the project and one the prime contractors in Egypt, Rigid is responsible for the Design Review, PMC , Quality Control and Site Supervision of the Project. The Project Scope is estimated to be approximately 1 Billion EGP.
Restoration of heritage Building – Azeem El Dawlah

As part of the reservation of Heritage Buildings, Rigid was responsible for the structural assessment and Rehabilitation report of 17 Azeem El-Dawla St. – Abasya – Central Cairo. The building is considered according to the National Organization for Urban Harmony as Buildings of Distinguished Architectural style.

Rigid conducted a comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation report for the Turkish Embassy in 25 El Falaky Street – Bab El Louk Cairo. The scope included creating As-Built Drawings, Surveying Monitoring, performing a Structural Assessment, conducting Geo technical Investigations, and issuing Strengthening and repair package to ensure the embassy’s safety and functionality.

The Madrasat Addeera Building project is located in the AlJadidah District of AlUla, Saudi Arabia, within Masterplan 1 covering an approximate area of 5,794.03m2. Originally known as the Old Girls School, Madrasat Addeera was the first secondary school in AlUla, established in 1392 Hijri (1969 G). It is an important modern urban heritage asset of AlUla, with significant architectural and cultural value.
The Madrasat Addeera project is a renovation project that prioritizes safeguarding the existing cultural and architectural features. The building’s structure was to be restored to accommodate the new building function and design.
Rigid Engineering Consultants was responsible for providing technical support to the contractor, Consolidated Contracting Solutions (CCS), during the execution phase to ensure the project was executed according to the required specifications. This support included expert site visits, technical reports, design proposals, preparation of method statements, and the development of shop drawings.
