As the structural designer for HABITAT hotel, boasting a built-up area of 30,000 m², Rigid team embarked on a transformative journey to blend functionality, aesthetics, and safety seamlessly. Rigid is the Main Consultant for the Execution of the second phase of Paradise Beach located in North Coast, the project is on 46.5 feddan with a total of 160 units in addition to recreational areas, service facilities and swimming pools.

Owned by AlMarasem Development, Marina Way Lagoon is largest hotel located in Marina- North Coast, the resort is built on a foot print area of 11,500 m2 , the main building consist of Basement + Ground + 3 Floors + Roof . In addition to, service buildings and recreational facilities from swimming pools, restaurants and spas.

Preparation of structural design package of Lamora beach located in Sidi AbdelRahman- North coast with the Co-operation of Tamer Wagdy Architects, the scope of work included the design of different models from standalone villas , chalets and twin houses.

Prof. Ahmed Ragab was the Main Consultant for Diplo 2 located the North Coast, Diplo 2 is considered one of the oldest and most prestigious compound in the North Coast, built on more 80 feddan and including more than 374 chalets and villas.

Rigid is the main consultant for the 3rd phase of Applied Arts Syndicate Village located in Marsa-Matrouh, the phase includes the commercial area, administrative buildings, chalets and service buildings.
