Structural design of Administrative tower consists of 2 basements + Ground + Mezzanine + 8 typical Floors + Roof. The project is of a total 20,000 M2 BUA.

Tala Mall located in 6th of October as a part of Tala Compound, the Mall is of a total area of approximately 14000 m2, the project is owned to Housing & Real Estate Investment Company a subsidiary of Housing & Development Bank.
