As the structural designer for HABITAT hotel, boasting a built-up area of 30,000 m², Rigid team embarked on a transformative journey to blend functionality, aesthetics, and safety seamlessly. Our approach involved crafting a structural framework that not only supports the architectural vision but also enhances the guest experience. Through innovative engineering solutions and meticulous attention to detail, we ensured that every aspect of the hotel’s design contributes to its structural integrity, ensuring a safe and captivating environment for guests to enjoy.
GMD Compound

Residential Compound near the American University in Cairo, the project cosnists of 15 residential buildings (BasemenGMD Compoundt + Ground + 5 Typical Floors + Roof) with a total of 360 units and a commercial mall, the total project foot print area is 18000 m2.
Veranda Towers

Veranda Towers is a multipurpose complex owned by Elwaly Developments and located at Cairo Alex Road, Veranda Towers will be for Commercial and Hotel Apartments usage, the complex is on a built area of 150,000 m2, and consists of 3 basements + Ground + Mezz. + 5 Typical + Service Roof. Veranda towers will be include a unique Infinity Pool bridge suspended 40 meters in air and with a 22 meter wide span between the buildings competing with world class infinity pools in London, Singapore and Dubai.

Our collaborative efforts encompass the issuance of Structural Assessment Reports, the preparation of tenders for Strengthening and Repair packages, and Site supervision for various branches, such as New Hegaz Branch, Free Zone Alexandria Branch, Abdelkhalek Tharwat Branch, Lebanon Branch, Tiba HQ, Mahrouky HQ, and Smart Village Green Wall.
Arma Factory for oil
Industrial Zone – 10th of Rammadan
After the fire that lead to major damages in Arma For Food Industry oil Factory in the Industrial Zone – 10th of Rammadan, Rigid was responsible for the repair and renovation work in the factory. The project was of a fast track nature due to the great economic losses estimated 800,000 L.E/ daily that Arma endures due to its inability to proceed the work in the factory.
Egypt Syndicate of Engineers Club

Rigid Engineering Consultants were the structural consultant for the new Egypt Syndicate of Engineers Club located in New Cairo, the project is on 8150 m2 and consists of Social Club, Mosque, in addition to sports facilities such as swimming pools, running tracks and football courts. the project is with the co-operation of Connect Architects & Planners as the main consultant.
Zamalek Sports Club Gymnastics & Judo Halls

Rigid Engineering Consultants was responsible for the structural assessment for the building facilities in Zamalek Sporting Club, the facilities included the Club Gymnastics, Judo Halls and Swimming pool, in addition, the to the Club Mosque.
