Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ragab
Professor of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University. He earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland (USA) in 1980 and gained extensive international experience through work with leading US firms. A registered consultant engineer since 1988, he has served on several key professional and technical committees, including the Egyptian Syndicate’s Consultancy Advisory Committee and the Egyptian Code Committee for insulation and waterproofing. With decades of experience across Egypt, the Gulf, and the United States, he has led major projects and authored numerous academic publications in civil engineering.

Dr.Nora Ahmed Ragab
Certified consultant engineer with more than 20 years of experience in structural engineering and large-scale projects. She earned both her MSc and PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada. Dr. Nora is an academic member of the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) and a member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE). She has led and contributed to mega-scale projects across Egypt and the Gulf region.

Dr. Hatem Hassan Ibrahim

He earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Calgary in 2011 and currently serves as Head of the Materials Testing Laboratory at Cairo University. Dr. Hatem is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a professional member of APEGA, as well as a member of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) and the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI).
